Dialing Instructions

To dial using our PC To Phone service (even for a local or domestic call), please follow the instructions below.

How to Dial a Phone Number:

1. Enter the Country Code of the number you are calling in the left Number Field, or select the appropriate country from the drop down list.
2. Enter the Area/City Code and local number in the right Number Field.
3. Click on the handset icon (located to the far right of the Number Fields) to place your call.
4. When the call is ringing, the telephone icon will turn orange and vibrate.
5. When the call is in session, the handset icon will turn red to indicate a call is in progress.

6. Click on the red handset icon to end the call.

How to Dial Another Computer:

7. Go to the “Phone” Menu and select “Call Another Computer.”
8. Enter the IP Address of the computer you are trying to call.
9. Click on the computer icon (located to the far right of the Number Fields) to place your call.
10. When the call is ringing, the telephone icon will turn orange and vibrate.
11. When the call is in session, the computer icon will turn red to indicate a call is in progress.
12. Click on the red computer icon to end the call.


How to Dial a SIP Address:

13. Go to the “Phone” Menu and select “Call a SIP Address.”
14. Enter the SIP Address of the user you are trying to call.
15. Click on the light-blue SIP icon (located to the far right of the Number Fields) to place your call.
16. When the call is ringing, the telephone icon will turn orange and vibrate.
17. When the call is in session, the SIP icon will turn red to indicate a call is in progress.
18. Click on the red SIP icon to end the call.
