Terms and condition of use

1. By using your Phone4internet account, you acknowledge your receipt of and agreement with these Terms and Conditions and any amendments made hereafter.

2. You authorize any charges incurred from the use of your Phone4internet account to be billed to you through your charge or credit card account. You may use the Phone4internet account only so long as your charge or credit card remains valid and in good standing. Your Phone4internet account must not be used after your Phone4internet account or your charge or credit card has expired or has been withdrawn, revoked, or terminated. You continue to be responsible to Phone4internet for any charges resulting from the use of your Phone4internet account after your charge or credit card has been terminated, or after you revoke your authorization to bill your account, which charges will be payable immediately to Phone4internet.

3. Your Phone4internet account is not transferable in any way and may not be assigned to any third party. You agree to pay for all charges incurred by use of the Phone4internet account issued to you and comply with the other terms and conditions set forth herein. All charges incurred through use of your Phone4internet account and debited to your credit card account are subject to the credit card finance charges appearing on your account statement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that account.

4. Charges for the services will be rated and charged in accordance with the rates provided herein or any promotional offer during the published terms of such offer by Phone4internet in United States dollars at a flat rate per minute (as provided in our price list). Our rates are calculated at one minute increments. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Our rates do not include additional charges you may receive for terminating a call to a cell phone.

5. Your Phone4internet account expires three months after the date of your last payment transaction. Any funds remaining in yourPhone4internet account upon expiration will be forfeited.

6. If Phone4internet suspects fraudulent use of your account, it may be suspended or terminated without notice.

7. If your Phone4internet account is refused by the deltathree Global Network as an invalid number, or used without authorization, please immediately contact Phone4internet.

8. Prepayments will be debited to your credit card upon registration within no more than for 3 working days following registration. Deltathree reserves the right to cancel your Phone4internet account at any time. Any unused funds will expire 3 months after being added to your balance.

9. Any disputes concerning the use of your Phone4internet account requiring judicial resolution shall be determined in the Courts of the State of North Carolina under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

10. Any charges incurred resulting from wire transfers, bank transfers, money orders, personal checks from United States bank account, traveler's checks, bank drafts or any changes incurred with respect to processing payments will be deducted from customer's account balance.

11. The calls are charged on a per minute basis. The price of calls is deducted from your account balance. Under these calling plans, users can call to anywhere in the world that Phone4internet provides service. These plans include calls to mobile phones, but rates to mobile phones are often charged at a different rate.

A. U.S. Phone Number with Voicemail. The monthly service charge for Phone Number with Voicemail is $8.00 per month. Using this service, a user receives unlimited calls to his phone number.

B. U.S. Toll Free Number. The monthly service charge for Toll Free Number with Voicemail is $15.00 per month. A user receives unlimited calls to his phone number.

C. Europe Phone Number with Voicemail. The monthly service charge for Europe Phone Number with Voicemail is $24.00 per month. Using this service, a user receives unlimited calls to his phone number.

D.Call Forwarding is a free service available for any Phone4internet user subscribed to the Receive Calls option. Call Forwarding enables users to send all calls from the Phone4internet Receive Calls number to any specified phone number (land line, mobile phone)

E. Broadband Phone is defined as using specific hardware, such as the Cisco ATA186 Linksys pap2 or to make calls using the any other gateways of Phone4internet.

F. Broadband Phone users make outbound calls using the same pre paid account as Phone4internet PC To Phone rates.

13. The account life is :6 month from activation. 3 months from the first call. 3 months from recharging account.

14. The free trial will allows you to try our service for ten minutes based on regular U.S. Rates for a trial period of 7 days.
In case of inaccuracy in details, free trial will be kept on hold. If trial will be submitted from the same IP address during the data verification, trial will be denied. Phone4internet is checking the trial request and trial can be refused without any notice.
