When you have an incoming call

Voicemail from the phone lets
you access your voicemail messages from any telephone.
listen to messages and delete messages simply by dialing
your Phone4internet telephone number and following
the voice prompts.
You can change your greeting:
1. Dial your personal number.
2. Enter your 4 digit password followed by the '#'
key.
3. To configure your account, press '3'
4. To change your voice message press '2', after recording
your message press '#'
5. To hear your greeting press '1'
6. To save your greeting press '2'
To retrieve Voice Mail messages
via the regular land line telephone:
1. Dial your personal number.
2. Press * and enter your 4-digit password (your account
password) followed by *
3. Follow the voice prompts.

your voicemail
by your local phone company.
To retrieve Voice Mail messages
through the Phone4internet Login Center:
1. Log into your account at
the Login center, by entering your UserID and Password.
2. Select 'My Phone Number' from the navigation bar
and select the message
you would like to hear.
To retrieve messages through
the dialer:
A) Select from your dialer's
'Account information' 'Retrieve Voice Mail'
This will take you to the a Center to listen to your
messages on-line.

Voicemail notification from
email, when enabled, sends a message to
the email account you specify when you get a new voicemail
message.
Because you can check your Voicemail from any computer
with an
Internet connection, you can then instantly log into
your account and
check your voicemail message via the web.

Call Forwarding, when activated,
directs your inbound phone calls directly to another
number you specify. You can set the forward calls
to any number.
When using
Cisco ATA:
1. Dial 9999 + your Receiving
Calls number: country code + area code + number.
2. When you hear the greeting press the * sign.
3. At the second voice prompt, enter your 4-digit
password followed by the # sign and simply follow
the voice prompts to hear your messages.
